YOUR SKIN IS YOUR BEST FRIEND
Every bride goes to salon prior to their wedding day for facials, manicure, pedicure and what not to get a fresh and beautiful look. They follow every self care routine for a glowing body but why just before your wedding is set?
Self care is necessary not only for brides but for every girl to have naturally glamorous skin.
I’ll share few easy and secret tips with you all not only for skin but for hairs as well
So lets start with a very easy hair mask that will not only add forever shine to your hairs but will make them straight, strong and long ;)
HAIR MASK:

Ingredients:
Yogurt (2 table spoon)
Beaten Egg (1)
Mayonnaise (1 table spoon)
Aloe vera ( 1 table spoon) (exceptional)
Any hair oil ( few drops)
Lemon ( few drops to avoid the smell of egg)
Method:
Mix all of these together.
Divide hairs into two portions from the middle and start applying the mask with help of applying brush. Carefully cover all the areas and then tie up the hairs or you can also put hair cover on it as the mask would be a little runny.
Leave the mask for about 45-50 minutes. Giving your hairs a little sunlight after applying this will help in more quick absorption. After the required time, wash your hairs with normal water and then apply shampoo and conditioner.
And tadddaaaaaa!! You will instantlty see the results of it.
You can apply it once or twice a week.

HAND AND FEET MASK:

Ingredients:
1 table spoon rice flour (grind the rice)
2 table spoon wheat flour
1 table spoon yogurt
Few drop of milk
1 table spoon of aloe vera gel
Honey (optional)

Method:
Mix it all together. The paste should be moist a little if it’s not u can add more milk or yogurt.
Wash your hands and foot thoroughly and apply the paste on them. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
Then wash it by slowly rubbing it with drops of water as the paste would get very dry on body. after
You can use it as many times as you want. This will not only make your hands and feet glowy and fair but will also make them soft. It’s the best to be used in winters to avoid dryness.
You can also apply it on your face or neck or any other part of the body but if your face skin is sensitive then don’t use it much on your face otherwise it’s good to go.
DARK CIRCLES:

Potato has proved to be very beneficial and a quick solution for dark circles.
All you have to do is to peel a very thin layer of potato with a cutter or a knife and put it under your eyes for 15-20 minutes. If the layer would be very thin then it will help to stay at the place.
Also stay hydrated by drinking lots of water as it keeps your skin healthy and fresh.

If you have a very busy routine then you can do all of this together on a weekend as you will only have to invest one hour for this and the results will make you go WOWWW!! ;)
