HK invited her in a live session which was recently conducted for her to share some useful tips with our readers to have a successful career after married life. So, here I’m going to enlist her convenient tips for you

 

1) Appreciate your spouse

 

The appreciation of your spouse increases your confidence and productivity in your household life and in career. Don’t resist appreciating your spouse. It develops a sense of achievement. As Hira told us,

“My husband encouraged and supported me to groom.”

2) Befriend your spouse to avoid the burden

A flexible relation with your spouse adds bliss in your life and also make you tension free from burden of hectic routine of your job and household duties. Friendliness between the two people, give air to the relation and make the things easy. She reported that, she has a very good friendship with her husband which proves very beneficial for her career as well.

3. Manage your activities

 

When you have many tasks to do at the same time then management proves to be helpful to get rid of burden and boredom. Manage all your thoughts and engagements in an organized form, also, put out some time for household duties.

4. Admire your spouse for being helpful

Be humble with your spouse and thank him for being cooperative and for accompanying you at house and for being supportive in career. This will let him know that you realize his sacrifices and are grateful. Gratitude is important for any relationship. Hira acknowledged that,

 “My husband is very helpful in my career and I am here only because of my husband’s support”.

 5. Keep relatives out of your problems

In married life, it is very important to resolve your problem by discussing with your spouse whether these problems are related to household duties or related to career. Don’t involve others in your personal matters. To keep the things in secret will save you from more disputes regarding your career and house.

 6. A sincere message to all from Hira

“Friendship always secures your relationship. Men also have many duties to perform, if you give some relaxation to your husband, one day that person will pay you in a good way and will bring a sense of peace in your career as well.”
